Dapon Engineering operates a dedicated fabrication facility delivering high-specification modular construction solutions for industrial and petrochemical environments.
We design, fabricate and assemble fully integrated pipework modules, structural steel assemblies and skid-mounted process systems within a controlled workshop environment — maximising quality, efficiency and programme certainty before site mobilisation.
By transferring complex fabrication activities from live operational sites into our own controlled facility, we significantly reduce on-site risk exposure, compress installation schedules and improve overall project performance.
All modules are produced in accordance with approved drawings, qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and project quality plans. Full material traceability, weld mapping and QA/QC controls are maintained throughout fabrication, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory frameworks including UKCA and PED where applicable.
Our workshop capability allows for improved dimensional control, enhanced inspection access and structured third-party verification prior to dispatch — eliminating uncertainty during installation and commissioning phases.
From pre-assembled pipe racks to fully integrated skid systems, Dapon Engineering delivers modular solutions engineered for precision, safety and performance.
We don’t just install systems — we manufacture controlled, compliant solutions ready for seamless integration on site.
